Whooo luvs you - part 2 (Frosted Designs challenge!)

It is officially owl week! Well, not technically, but it feels like it!
I liked my owl that I created so much my card entry for the Practical Scrappers fun punch challenge earlier this week that I created a new owl using a scrallop circle punch for his chest and a small flower punch for his eyes for my Frosted Designs layout this week. Coinincidentally, our challenge at Frosted Designs this week was to use an owl in our layout or card.
Fancy that!
This layout uses Bazzill and Close To My Heart cardstock, American Crafts Thickers letter stickers and My Mind's Eye "Blooms and Grow" papers - yeah, I know. The same ones that I used on my two Practical Scrappers challenges this week. It's my new favorite, what can I say! It also uses Close To My Heart Bigger Brads (owl's eyes) and Bitty Brads (for the flower centers) and some random heart buttons I've had for ages.

This layout also incorporates two other challenges in honor of the Cross Challenge Blog Hop hosted by Practical Scrappers, Frosted Designs and Stuck on U Sketches starting today!
The challenge at Practical Scrappers is to use at least three different types of ribbon in your layout. In my layout, I used some Close To My Heart (Hollyhock & Sweet Pea Striped Grosgrain); Target Dollar Spot (Brown with Turquoise Dotted Satin); Cloud 9 Design (Green Gingham) and Making Memories (Natural Woven Flowers).
The challenge at Stuck on U Sketches is to use the following sketch, which incorporates my favorite shape! Yeah!

P.S. I just popped over to check out the Stuck on U Sketches site and they have some of the cutest sketches I've seen! Plus, they've got some awesome tutorials, like this one on how to make a floral branch - way cool! Totally fell in love, totally became a follower right away. (Sometimes it's good to be a follower, you know!)

Be sure to play along this week for the Blog Hop - I can't wait to see what goodies are in store!
