Here's another entry for this week's Practical Scrappers challenge. This cutie-patootie owl was created using my Fiskars apron lace border punch and layering several of the strips created using My Mind's Eye papers for her chest feathers. I love how she turned out! She's so much fun!
All of the patterned papers are My Mind's Eye with some Chocolate Chip cardstock from Stampin' Up for the owl and card base. I added some tiny flowers for her eyes and ribbon from my stash to button it up. The title is in Rainboots Thickers from American Crafts.
