My favorite holiday memory dates back to when I was a child. We would go to Christmas Eve mass with my brother and parents, and after that we would eat croissants and hot chocolate just before going to bed... The next morning we would wake to find presents!

One of my favorite memories is of standing at our big picture window waiting for my grandparents to arrive, well after dark. As soon as I got home from school the wait would begin. I'm sure I drove my mother crazy, but my grandparents lived 4 hours away and I couldn't wait to see them. That was always the beginning of the big event for me. :) I didn't like waiting, but I adored the arrival time!!! :)

I've posted on my blog about the LGC blog hop too. :)

Hi Jessica,
Your Lo is beautiful! One of my favorite holiday memories is all 5 of us getting up early and opening our presents. One year I got the doll I'd been hoping for. She was a glass doll with long black hair like mine. I'm working on the glitter project and I've posted about the blog hop at my place. Have a great day!

My favorite Christmas tradition thatI started when my children were very young on Christmas Eve we would make cookies and get all bundled up and drive around looking at all the decorated Christmas lights in the neighborhoods. I have posted this blog hop on my side bar and can't wait to go create this evening with some glitter.

Oops, forgot to mention, my favorite holiday memory was watching my daughter open all her Christmas presents in delight. It was the first Christmas with her after waiting 3 1/2 years to adopt her. Having our family of four together at last was awesome.

I think one of my favorite memories was of a Christmas 9 years ago. We had just adopted an 8 year old daughter and we sat at the dining room table eating (along with our other children) and I thought, our family is complete. Merry Christmas!
